I'm India.
I've spent the past six years working between Ibiza and the UK, managing rental properties, sourcing homes for clients, and learning what makes a property right for someone.
I know both markets well. The properties that photograph beautifully and the ones that actually work for guests, what makes somewhere feel right, and what makes people want to come back. I work with a small number of clients and owners, so every enquiry gets proper attention.
Alongside this I take on a small number of design and project management commissions each year, for people who want to build or renovate something considered. Having designed and delivered properties from concept through to opening, I understand what makes a home worth renting, and how to get it there.
