India Rose is run by India Glover. This note explains what happens to the details you share through indiarose.co.

What I collect

When you send an enquiry I receive what you enter in the form: your name, email, phone number if you give it, the property and dates you're interested in, and your message. The form also records which page you sent it from and how you found the site (for example, a link from Instagram).

The site uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they look at.

How I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange your stay or listing.
• To share relevant details with the owner or manager of a home you've asked about, only where needed to answer you.
• To send occasional emails about new homes and availability, only if you tick the box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

I don't sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it's kept

Form submissions are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and arrive in my email inbox. Your enquiry is also recorded in Klaviyo, the email tool I use to reply and follow up on it. If you agree to emails, Klaviyo also holds your name and email for occasional updates. I keep enquiry details for as long as they're useful for your enquiry, and no longer than two years unless we're working together.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you, or stop emails at any time, by writing to india@indiarose.co. If you're unhappy with how your details have been handled you can also contact the data protection authority where you live (the ICO in the UK, the AEPD in Spain).
